From its start in 1989, ExerTech has specialized in servicing equipment for commercial and home exercise facilities. We also assist in the design of these facilities, recommending layouts, equipment, and accessories for maximum functionality. Each of our ExerTechnicians has more than 15 years of experience in the business, making them well qualified to handle your equipment needs efficiently and courteously.
Preventive Maintenance Service Contracts
We offer service contracts on a monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly basis. A preventive maintenance program helps to keep your equipment in top condition, decrease down time, and prevent major equipment failures. Cleaning, lubricating and making adjustments as well as replacing worn parts are all necessary tasks for ensuring the safety and reliability of your equipment.
An ExerTechnician will inspect your equipment, perform preventive maintenance work, and give you a detailed report stating what was done and whether parts may be needed.
For facilities or individuals who do not require a service contract, we offer basic and comprehensive service. A preliminary diagnosis will be performed over the phone, and the repair will be completed at your site. We stock most parts for major manufacturers and can ship them anywhere in the United States. In-stock parts will be shipped within two to three days of the order date.
If you or your facility users do not fully understand how to properly use your exercise equipment, we can help. With exercise physiologists on staff, we can conduct individual and group training programs. These are in the form of in-house training seminars that teach you and/or your staff the correct use of all your exercise equipment.
Technical training can also be provided to your staff. We will show them how to perform necessary routine maintenance to troubleshoot and prevent mechanical failure while extending the life of your equipment.
With the assistance of HealthEase, Inc., we can design and staff all sizes of exercise facilities. We will assure you the most practical layout for your space as well as the most appropriate equipment for your needs.
If you simply need assistance on selecting the right exercise equipment for you, we can give you our professional opinion of various pieces of equipment based on their repair history to help in your decision process. Of course, ultimately the decision is yours and we cannot be held responsible for purchases that don’t meet your expectations.
